I have really enjoyed this interview and have just been reading the fourth edition of this amazing book and think it is the best yet. I have called The Trials of Arthur a “truly remarkable book about a truly remarkable person.”
I have a personal interest in it because I feature a lot in many parts of the text, and I am a Quest Knight and Bard of The Loyal Arthurian Warband. Also, it was me that introduced Chris Stone to Arthur in the first place, and I was one of the people that originally came up with the idea for this book.
Arthur talks in this interview about “the magic” and how things fall into place, which is also known as synchronicity. The story of how I got involved is told in this book and is an excellent example of this sort of thing. I can also confirm that parts of the text that sound like fiction really happened and are not fiction, and I can say that because I was there at the time! This is why there are several photos of me included, because the story is also part of my story!
