“… the main takeaway: a lot of what we’re calling emotions are actually our 3rd Circuit concept of emotions, and that you really need to get below that because that’s not emotion. You have to get below that to the felt sense experience of the emotion… you know, half of what we’re talking about when we talk about emotions, we’re just playing in the 3rd circuit conceptual realm, and that we really need to drop deeper into the felt sense realm and shed some of these conceptual models.”
